“Credit Union Strong”
Annual Speech Competition
On Thursday, April 21, 2016 the Credit Union Partners in Education (CU-PIE) hosted their annual speech competition. Representatives from various Sacramento Greater Area credit unions write and present a speech based on the year’s theme, Credit Union Strong. Nine speeches made it to the finals and were presented, each employing different techniques to relay the importance of saving and what Credit Union strong means. The speakers touched on how credit unions help their members obtain financial well-being.
